Ria contacted me at the beginning of the year asking if I’d be available to capture her family this summer. Their family is in transition mode as the kids are now all teenagers and they are awaiting news of an adoption going through for a little boy! Ria wanted this chapter in their lives captured and I was honoured to do so! We met up in Thief River Falls, MN at the end of July since I was going to be in town and they were willing to drive up from Fargo! They brought along all the globes they used to decorate a special room in their home, a room that God willing will belong to their future adopted boy! I thought this was the sweetest gesture to include him in the session.
