I’m not sure where to begin with this wedding. So I think I’ll let the pictures do most of the talking!

Just a little blurb; this wedding was extra special since Jaylene is my niece! Ever since she was a little girl, she’s had a love for antiques and started collecting them at a very young age! So it was only fitting that her wedding was all DIY with vintage items used everywhere possible! The wedding was held at my sister’s place (Jaylene’s mom), they spent all summer landscaping, cleaning up, and planting tons of flowers. The setting was gorgeous and the weather was perfection!

Steven & Jaylene share a passion for music so that theme was incorporated throughout their stationary. I designed the simple invitations for them and Jaylene made all the envelopes herself from music sheets!

They found an old piano for free and hauled it into the woods to use as a photo prop! It was a beautiful start to the day, hearing the piano music drifting through the woods!

The love these two share for each other was easy to capture. Lots of giggles and smiles.

I loved the old shack; aka “the stinkin’ ole shack”. Don’t you just love that basket full of wild flowers? Jaylene’s mom planted a small field of wild flowers which were used as all the decor and centrepieces!

The bridal party had a great time getting their pictures taken!

Of course I could not take my camera off of these 2 little cuties!!

Guests were ushered into a treed backyard and greeted with lots of unique and beautiful DIY elements! A wooden sign with the couple’s initials was crafted by my sister Layna (bride’s mom)!

Programs designed by One Plus One to match the invititations!

It was a beautiful, heart warming ceremony! Loved the pictures my husband captured of the flower girl and ring bearer sitting on their little bench.

Next up I’ll be posting the gorgeous reception! You don’t want to miss it!
