Two weeks ago I had the honour of shooting Cassie & Nigel’s big day!
Despite non-stop torrential downpours; it was a day filled with love and beauty! Dreamy lace, champagne coloured dresses, romantic pastel florals, lanterns, lush green garlands, ice cream bar, and macarons; just to name a few details that had me so excited to shoot their wedding! And of course, Cassie & Nigel themselves!
I’ll let the pictures tell their story.
While I spend my morning with the ladies, Mark heads over to the hotel where the guys are hanging out and getting ready for the day! Nigel is a pro hockey player in Europe and had to have surgery on his wrist. But he took it all in stride and rocked the cast!
There was a short break in the clouds so we quickly ran outside before the ceremony. How stunning are Cassie and all her girls?
Those anxious, intimate, and emotional moments right before walking down the aisle are always some of my personal favourite images!
The ladies were tucked away upstairs and could watch the guests arrive while the flower girls were busy spinning, practicing throwing petals, and colouring!
Stay tuned for the 2nd instalment filled with all the gorgeous details from their ceremony & reception!
