Add the above ingredients to a warm fall day with gorgeous models in an amazing setting and you have one of my favourite styled sessions up to date!

Richard & Amy from Red Leaf Boutique contacted me last fall and asked if I would be interested in styling a session and having it featured on their new site! Of course most of you know I’m a huge fan of their work and their amazing actions.

(Link to their actions at the bottom of this blog).

All the images in this post were edited using their Film Solutions action set!

Now, lets talk about this session! Kelli from Sugar Blossom Design and I set to work planning! She had wanted to do a styled session for her jewelry so we decided to combine our ideas and create something yummy! I know there is a lot going on in these images but we loved all our ideas and just went with it. My husband baked all these tarts and pies the morning of the session. YUM!

We had this idea to paint pumpkins (not so original after realizing everyone was doing it this fall, ha). Academy Florist created these stunning florals for the pumpkin and headpiece!

The location and light were so amazing, I may have taken way too many pictures!

Here are a few b&w’s I loved.

Let’s move on to the delicious part of the session! Mmmmm….pie!

I hope you enjoyed this lengthy post! And yes, we did devour large portions of pies and tarts after the session was done!

I’d like to give a shout out to the following talented people who either contributed or were involved in styling this session!

Makeup: Angie the Makeup Artist! (she is incredible)

Models: Eva and Katie from Swish Model Management; thank you lovely ladies!

Florals: Academy Florist (thanks Heather and Lauren!)

Jewelry & styling: Kelli from Sugar Blossom Design

Pies: my husband, Mark! Thanks my Love.

Psst, with Valentine’s Day fast approaching, I suggest you check out Kelli’s jewelry! What a lovely gift for your sweetie her bracelets would make!

xoxo
