Cody & Nichole got married on an extremely cold blustery fall day! A lot of last minute changes had to be made due to weather. But despite all this, I’ve never worked with a more relaxed, “go with the flow” bride as Nichole! She was absolutely beautiful and radiant!

We met at their lovely character home in Jamestown, ND. A beautifully lit, white washed porch was all I needed to make me very happy!

Nichole’s best friend Sheena (whose wedding I shot years ago and is also my personal hair dresser), did an amazing job with hair, make up, and styling!

I loved the beautiful colour palette of blush, gold, and minty blues!

And how gorgeous are the flowers?

The ceremony was held at the family ranch. It was a beautiful rustic setting. Unfortunately it had to be moved indoors to the riding arena due to cold and rain but was still filled with smiles and laughter as their son Tristan and little flower girl Baeya raced back and forth in front of the audience as Nichole and Cody exchanged their vows!

Of course I went a little camera crazy with the cute boho styled flower girls!

Nichole along with Sheena spent a lot of time pouring over beautiful details for the reception! The room looked amazing! Succulents, log centre pieces with gorgeous flowers in jars, heart shaped paper confetti, gold dipped pine cones, glowing candles, doily and feather garlands… just to name a few!

And the food! So so good; with all sorts of home baked goodies! The menu was written on old window panes and beautifully displayed.

Congratulations Nichole & Cody!

Thank you for inviting us to be a part of your beautiful day!
